Reiki Sessions
At the moment I offer 60 minutes Reiki sessions, with 15 minutes talk before and after the session, all together 90 minutes.
We start the session with a brief introduction and I’ll explain the course of the session for you.
After the talk we start the Reiki session, where you lay on a massage table fully clothed and warmly under a blanket, and I channel the Reiki energy to your body by holding my hands above your body on different areas.
After the session we have a follow-up conversation to share and talk about the experiences during the session.

Distance/Remote Reiki session
With a distance/remote session I can offer you a Reiki session wherever you are. You can enjoy the session from the comfort of your own home, while on vacation in another country or maybe you live outside of Germany (hello my Finnish & abroad friends ;)). Energy work is not restricted by distance.
Energy is not restricted by space or time in the sense that we are used to see it in our daily lives.
