With mentoring I support you to discover your essence & power through resistance, so you can feel more fulfilled in your everyday life.
I’m a Reiki Master from the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition. I come from Finland, and have been living in Germany now over 5 years. First I lived in Berlin, where I spent 2,5 years , until I moved to Schneverdingen in 2023.
Auch wenn meine Webseite auf Englisch ist, spreche ich gut Deutsch und verstehe es sogar noch besser. Also keine Sorge, wenn Du kein Englisch sprichst oder sich dabei unwohl fühlst, ich bin sicher, wir werden einen Weg finden, miteinander zu kommunizieren :)

What is Reiki?
Reiki, specifically Usui Reiki Ryoho, originates from Japan, and it was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the beginning of 1900’s. It’s an energetic practice to promote wellbeing & spiritual growth. The word itself, Reiki, consists of two parts. Rei, which means “universal”, or “sacred”, and ki, which means life-force energy (also known as prana or chi). Therefore, Reiki is Universal life-force energy. Some call Reiki as the Universal Love energy. During a Reiki session, I channel this Universal/Sacred life-force energy on your body by holding my hands above different areas of your body, to support/activate your body’s own healing powers and spiritual development.
Reiki can help restore balance and harmony in the body and support the energies to flow more freely. Reiki works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Because of our unique constellation of experiences we’ve had in our life and the unique make up of us as human beings, the meaning of restoring and balancing the energies in the body is different for everyone.
Therefore, Reiki works differently for each person, and it depends on the issues that are the most important to work through energetically in each moment or point of time.
A Reiki session can relieve stress, calm and energize the mind and body, support physical and emotional healing, and it can be just a relaxing moment of peace during a busy time in life.
